We would expect to deliver larger items such as a longcase clock and there is no additional charge within a reasonable distance of Hungerford.  

This would also include setting up the clock once it is in its new location.  Smaller items are normally collected by customers in person however we can sometimes deliver these by agreement.

We are justifiably proud of our comprehensive three-year guarantee which is provided on all our sales except for new clocks which carry the maker’s 2-year guarantee.  This covers all parts and labour and ensures that customers can have confidence in their purchase and in the quality of our work. Unusually, it also covers mainsprings.  In the unlikely event that you have a problem, just contact us and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Setting up

If we have agreed to deliver your clock then this includes setting it up for you.  For clocks which are collected we provide the necessary guidance so that you can set it up.  If there are problems in setting up, these can usually be resolved by telephone.  If this is not successful we will provide additional support.
